branding

Branding is the process of creating clear and consistent messages and repeating those messages so that when people see your logo or hear your name, they will think of your organization in the terms you define.

The right brand holds more than the promise of making you well-known, but well-owned. It is where your stakeholders feel a sense of connection that transcends the services you provide or any marketing piece they may see. They believe in you; they feel that they are a part of you and you are a part of them.

ElderLink St. Louis

We worked with Jewish Federation and Jewish Family and Children’s Services to help them launch a new referral program providing information to Jewish seniors and their caregivers. As the first step in the marketing plan and brand development, we created the name and tagline, ElderLink St. Louis: Resources for Jewish Seniors.

Since ElderLink St. Louis is a collaboration between two distinct organizations, it was important that all have a say in the decision making. Our inclusive planning process offered each stakeholder a voice in the process at the same time keeping the project moving forward toward a successful conclusion.

After the planning and naming was completed, we developed a logo, ads, brochure and website with searchable database to support the brand marketing. Learn more at www.elderlinkstlouis.org
