When we started working with Crossroads College Prep, the board and staff had trouble explaining what makes them different from other schools in the area. We facilitated focus groups and one-on-one interviews with staff, parents, students, and alumni to identify key messages and then created recruiting and fundraising materials around those messages. Deliverables included a new responsive website, a postcard series for perspective families, a viewbook, interior and exterior signage, and print ads.
