Improving community health

The Jefferson County Health Network (JCHN) was created in 2018 as a collaboration of organizations and professionals dedicated to the health and well-being of Jefferson County, Missouri residents. JCHN developed a three-year planning process and needed branding and a website to promote the project and serve as a portal to other sites and information.
